Q. How do I order online?

Q. If I want to renew is there a discount?

A. Discounts available for 10 or more licenses

Q. I have to close my account; what's the process?

A. Per the Terms and Conditions, you must notify customer service in writing at btscustomerservice@bidtracksell.com 30 days prior to your renewal date.

Q. What if I'm not familiar with Salesforce?

A. You do not need to have knowledge of Salesforce or have an IT person to use BTS. BTS is already programmed for you and is ready to start using the moment you download the app.

Q. Do you offer training for your workflow system?

A. Bid Track Sell offers a start-up training session is included with your purchase of BTS. We want you to have a successful launch and to be comfortable with the system.

Q. My business is based in the UK; do you accept international members?

A. Yes, we're pleased to offer memberships to any global-based business.

Q. I have a rep firm with over 50 sales pros in the field; how do I get all of them using your system?

A. Each sales pro will require a BTS license for access. Groups above 10 should schedule "On-Boarding" training which we would be happy to facilitate.

Q. I'm not familiar with recurring monthly memberships; can you explain how yours works?

A. Absolutely! BTS is an annual recurring membership billed to a valid credit card 30 days prior to your renewal date per the Terms and Conditions.

Q. What major credit cards do you accept? 

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Q. Can I pay with a company check?

A. Yes, however, you will not be able to set up your membership online; please contact us directly at btscustomerservice@bidtracksell.com and one of our associates will assist with the signup process and billing.
